MANSFIELD COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATES LEASE OF 18,160 SQ. FT. FOR TIME WARNER CABLE IN MIDDLETOWN, NY

Mansfield Commercial Real Estate, based in Goshen, NY, has negotiated a lease of 18,160 square feet for Time Warner Cable at 90 Crystal Run Road, Crystal Run Corporate Park, Middletown, Orange County, New York. The building is owned and operated by Herbert Albert LLC, based in Middletown, NY. Time Warner Cable will utilize the additional space for their Media Sales, Business Services and Direct Sales operations.

The Class A office building at 90 Crystal Run Road totals approximately 90,000 square feet on four floors. Located less than one mile from the NY Route 17 / Interstate 84 interchange, the building's other tenants include Toyota Motor Credit, Metropolitan Life, Langerman Eye Institute, Progressive Insurance, Washington Mutual Bank, Wells Fargo Financial, and Merrill Lynch.
